Our show is now in its 8th Year and returning to the lovely venue of the Uttoxeter Racecourse. The show offers a warm , friendly atmosphere using many of the traditional buildings offered by the race course giving it the village feel and enabling visitors to freely explore all that the show has to offer.
There will be a multitude of specialist trade stands so that you can stock up on all your quilting essentials; there is also a wide range of Quilt and Embroidery exhibitors who will be demonstrating some interesting skills and giving visitors the opportunity to have a go as well.
There are also workshops running throughout the 3 day event which you can pre-book before or during the event (subject to availability) where you can learn new skills and create and take away your work of art.
The competition this year has a Special Theme, which is Bring Literature Alive with Stitching. All of the entries will be on display and you will have the chance to vote for your favourite entry. The Visitors Prize will be awarded on the final day at the main Prize Giving.
Refreshments are available all day from the Hoops Restaurant and the café in the main Exhibition Hall. There are also lovely in and outdoor areas to sit and have a coffee and enjoy a picnic.
There is full disabled access to all areas. Parking is free and is on site at the Racecourse and Uttoxeter Railway Station is right next to the racecourse.
