Rescheduled Dates are 16th, 17th & 18th April 2021

NEWS! COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Rescheduled for 16th, 17th & 18th April 2021

Having consulted with all of our Traders, Exhibitors and Workshop leaders we have reached the decision to NOT hold the British Quilt & Stitch Village on 17th – 19th September 2020. We are of course very disappointed that we cannot bring you the show that we planned, but all of the advice from those who would provide the attractions and those that would visit the show is that it is too soon and many people would not risk their health no matter what current government guidelines state.

We ARE now able to announce that our dates for 2021 will be 16th – 18th April and of course it will be at the beautiful Uttoxeter Racecourse. Rescheduled for 16th, 17th & 18th April 2021

This move will mean that we can run the event to the same standard as we would have done. We look forward to welcoming you next April and working with you all to deliver a great show.

Competition Entries – If you have entered the competition your entry will be transferred to the new date. Please do not send your competition entries until further notice.

Public Visitor Tickets – If you have purchased & received your tickets for the April 2020 show these same tickets will be valid & transferred to the new dates in April 2021, so you don’t need to do anything.

Traders/Exhibitors – Your booking and stand is secured for the new dates and we very much hope that you’re able to confirm your support for the event next April. We would very much appreciate it if you could confirm your booking for the new dates at your earliest convenience.

Workshop Tutors – We very much hope you will be able to join us for the new dates next April, and would very much appreciate it if you could confirm your availability at your earliest convenience.

Workshop Tickets – If you have booked to attend a workshop this will also be honoured and transferred to the new dates depending on tutor availability. Confirmation will be sent to you as soon as we can confirm the tutor is available for the new dates.

Further Information will be posted on Facebook and on the website at www.quiltandstitchvillage.com in due course.
