NEWS! COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

British Quilt & Stitch Village 17th, 18th & 19th April 2020
Rescheduled for 18th, 19th & 20th September 2020

As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to develop both in the UK and globally, the health and wellbeing of our visitors, exhibitors, traders, tutors, sponsors, volunteers and staff is our number one priority.

It is with great regret that we have taken the decision to reschedule the British Quilt & Stitch Village at Uttoxeter, 17th-19th April. We are of course extremely disappointed given the preparation that goes into the show from all involved, and understand that many involved will have made travel and accommodation arrangements.
Following talks with the Racecourse we have managed to agree & confirm the new dates, so the show will be rescheduled to 18th, 19th & 20th September 2020

This move will mean that we can run the event to the same standard as we would have done in April. We look forward to welcoming you in September and working with you all to deliver a great show.

Competition Entries
If you have entered the competition your entry will be transferred to the new date. If you have already sent your quilt to the racecourse we will of course arrange for your quilt to be returned. Please do not send your competition entries until further notice.

Public Visitor Tickets
If you have purchased & received your tickets for the April Show these same tickets will be valid & transferred to the new dates in September, so you don’t need to do anything. Workshop Tickets
If you have booked to attend a workshop this will also be honoured and transferred to the new dates depending on tutor availability. Confirmation will be sent to you as soon as we can confirm the tutor is available for the new dates.
